Laden Sie Ihr E-Auto schnell und unkompliziert! Unsere Ladeanleitung führt Sie Schritt für Schritt durch den Ladevorgang – ob mit Ladekarte, App oder Direct Payment. Erfahren Sie, wie Sie Ihr Fahrzeug am Ladepunkt sicher und einfach aufladen.
1. Starten des Ladevorgangs | Start the charging process
Halten Sie die Ladekarte vor den Sensor oder nutzen Sie ganz einfach unsere kW-Solutions App. Für Direct Payment müssen Sie den QR-Code an der Wallbox scannen und anschließend den Anweisungen folgen.
Hold charging card in front of the sensor or simply use our kW-Solutions app. For Direct Payment, scan the QR code on the wallbox and follow the instructions.
2. Zahlungsprozess abschließen | Complete payment process
Wichtig: Bevor Sie das Ladekabel einstecken, muss der Zahlungsprozess abgeschlossen werden!
Important: Before you plug in the charging cable, the payment process must be completed!

3. Freischaltung Ladepunkt | Charging point is activated
Der Ladevorgang ist nun freigeschaltet und Sie können das Ladekabel in den Ladepunkt einstecken.
The charging process is now enabled and you can plug the charging cable into the station.
4. Auto mit Kabel verbinden | Connect car with cable
Nachdem Sie das Ladekabel in die Station gesteckt haben, stecken Sie das andere Ende des Ladekabels in Ihr Auto. Wichtig: Das Kabel muss zuerst in den Ladepunkt angesteckt werden. Verschließen Sie anschließen Ihr Auto.
After plugging the charging cable into the station, plug the other end of the cable into your car. Important: The cable must be plugged into the charging point first. Then lock your car.
5. Ladevorgang aktiv | Charging active
Der Ladepunkt wird anschließend verriegelt, der Ladevorgang beginnt und Ihr Fahrzeug lädt.
The charging point is locked, the charging process
begins and your vehicle charges.
6. Ladevorgang beenden | End the charging process
Beenden Sie den Ladevorgang und öffnen Sie ihr Auto.
End the charging process and open your car.
7. Kabel abziehen | Remove charging cable
Sobald der Ladevorgang beendet ist, können Sie das Kabel vom Ladepunkt und Ihrem Auto abziehen. Gute Fahrt!
As soon as the charging process is complete, you can disconnect the cable from the charging point and your car. Have a good journey!

Payment option for the charging process:
- Scannen Sie den QR-Code auf der Vorderseite der Wallbox. Wichtig: Das Kabel darf nicht an der Wallbox angesteckt sein. | Scan the QR code on the front of the wallbox. Important: The cable must not be plugged into the wallbox.
- Öffnen Sie den Weblink und sehen Sie sich die Informationen zu Ladekosten und Zahlungsmitteln an. | Open the web link and view the information on charging costs and payment methods.
- Wählen Sie die gewünschte Zahlungsoption aus und starten Sie den Ladevorgang (= Kabel anstecken). | Select the desired payment option and start the charging process (= plug in the cable).
Wenn Sie Zugriff über die App haben, folgen Sie den Anweisungen in der App, um den Ladevorgang zu starten.
